THE PROCESS

The process

Here is what you experience at each stage — who you deal with, what you get, and where the work happens.

    Consult

    We meet you on site to understand the job, its constraints and what a good result looks like — including any safety or process surveys.

  2. 2

    Design

    We turn that into a buildable design — 3D models and on-site laser scans, plus the signed producer statements (PS1–PS4) councils require.

  3. 3

    Manufacture

    We machine and fabricate the parts in our own workshop — in stainless, alloy or mild steel — then sandblast and paint them.

  4. 4

    Construct

    We install and build on site, running the whole project so you deal with one team instead of a chain of subcontractors.

  5. 5

    Maintain

    We keep it running afterwards with ongoing maintenance and scheduled safety checks.

Alongside traditional construction, precision manufacturing in all types of metal is a cornerstone of our work. We pride ourselves on new, high-quality tool-room machinery, and on specialised equipment for precision fabrication in stainless steel, alloys and mild steel — coupled with portable industrial wet/dry sandblasting and painting plant, so we complete projects efficiently, as required.
